Introducing Plume Home

Today marks an exciting milestone for Plume. We are launching Plume Home, a major upgrade to the experience millions of customers already know through HomePass.

Plume Home builds on everything that made HomePass a success. The app brings a cleaner design, easier navigation, and powerful new features — all focused on giving more control and insight to subscribers and their connected life. More than 65 million homes already rely on Plume’s cloud-driven technology through over 400 Communications Service Providers around the world. With Plume Home, we are making that experience even better.

We built Plume Home with one goal in mind, to make managing technology in your home effortless and personal. We listened carefully to what subscribers wanted: faster access to important features, more visibility into devices and activity, and smarter ways to manage a household’s digital habits. This upgrade reflects all of that, and it is only the beginning.

Here is what you can expect with Plume Home:

  • Intuitive Home Screen. A new dashboard brings key information together at a glance. A subscriber can quickly see security alerts, new devices, speed tests, and other important activity in your home.
  • Traffic Boost. Prioritize apps, devices, and people with ease. Whether someone is on an important work call or their kids are gaming, they can customize the network to match the needs of the moment.
  • Focus. Manage and schedule app access by person, device, or category. The admin can help their household stay focused during work, school, or downtime with simple, flexible controls.
  • Home Security Boost. Keep the network safer when it matters most. When the home is empty, Plume Home automatically prioritizes security devices to protect against threats.

Plume Home is available now on both iOS and Android for customers in Japan and North America, and will roll out to Europe in the coming weeks.

This launch is just the first step. Plume Home is designed as a platform for ongoing innovation. We are committed to bringing even more features, intelligence, and convenience to a home over time, powered by our AI-driven cloud services.
