Is Plume Home a broadband product?

No, Plume Home is a cloud-managed network platform that provides valuable services for optimised connectivity and speed, device security, WiFi motion sensing, and parental controls.

How is Plume Home better than a standard WiFi extender/booster?

Plume Home uses an adaptive network service to ensure that devices receive optimal levels of connectivity. Standard WiFi extenders do not account for a host of connectivity disruptions such as neighbouring networks, changes in signal strength and radar interference. Additionally, Plume Home offers value-added services other routers do not provide out of the box.

Does Plume Home protect other things besides my personal device?

Yes, Plume Home monitors other WiFi-connected devices in your home and reports suspicious behaviour in the Plume Home app. Plume Home also allows you to boost connectivity to security-classified devices to keep your home protected while you are away.

Is there a membership commitment?

Plume Home is a monthly membership that can be cancelled at any time through your app platform. Unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of the next monthly period, your membership will automatically renew. Other terms apply.

Why do I need to pay for membership?

Plume Home is constantly releasing new features and improving its adaptive network service as new technologies emerge. Your payment brings you all the continued benefits of Plume Home and technical support.

If I purchase additional pods from other resellers or providers (e.g. Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Cable provider) will they work alongside my current Pods?

A: While all pods are designed to work together, the source of the pods you are purchasing second-hand could prevent you from adding them to your network.
