Adam Hotchkiss is the Acting Chief Executive Officer and a Co-founder of Plume. He has led several key functions throughout his tenure including executive roles managing Plume’s B2B business, Customer Success, Product, and Customer Solutions. Adam is an expert in networking and big data and is one of the architects of Plume’s cloud-delivery platform and services. He has been key in driving much of Plume’s strategic growth over the past decade.

Sri Nathan is a Co-founder and the Chief Revenue Officer of Plume. Previously, he co-founded Menara Networks, growing the company from pre-revenue to $15 million annually. He has served as president and CEO for Jasmine Networks and as a vice president at Schema, Qtera, and Nortel. He also worked at MCI and was a scientific staff member at Bell Northern Research.

Martin McNealis is the Chief Development Officer of Plume. Martin has led global teams and worked in Silicon Valley, Europe, and Asia. He was previously Chief Product Officer at BlueCat and Acronis and has also held senior positions at Cisco, F5, and Arista Networks. Originally from Scotland, he has lived and worked in London, Switzerland, Silicon Valley, Bangalore and Singapore.

Ganesh Sundaresan is the Chief Financial Officer at Plume. His career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in finance and strategy. Before joining Plume, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Investor Relations at Branch Metrics and Head of FP&A at Medallia. Ganesh also held management consultant roles at PwC and numerous leadership roles at Exelon Corporation.

Iman Abbasi is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Plume. She brings over 25 years of broad-minded human resources experience to the team, with expertise in transformational work of the overall HR function. Before joining Plume, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Symbotic, a $1 billion advanced robotics business.

Shari Piré is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer of Plume. Shari has more than 25 years of Wall Street and M&A experience with highly-recognized international law firms including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She has represented public and private companies during their most transformative transactions. Shari also serves as an independent director on the board of Precision BioSciences (DTIL).

Jasna Mihelj Coustaury is the general manager of Plume’s European operations. During her more than 30 years in the telecommunications industry, she has built a track record of scaling businesses. Before joining Plume in 2015, she worked with Aviat Networks, Aviat Slovenia, Winvest, and other start-up companies. Jasna is passionate about corporate social responsibility to build a better world.
