Most apartment dwellers have neighbors above and below them, to their left and to their right. This density of stacked up WiFi devices leads to interference as a finite amount of airspace is fought over and degrades tenant experiences.
Typically, residents deploy their own networks or sign up with their building owners’ preferred internet provider. But even if they adopt the building’s preferred provider, it’s ultimately a go-it-alone approach that stacks individual networks atop one another, creating interference.
Adaptive WiFi technology is different. It takes a whole-of-building approach.
